M6 Theatre is seeking to appoint a dynamic Managing Director/Joint CEO to join our hardworking, dedicated small team in Rochdale. This is a senior leadership position, working alongside and sharing responsibility as Joint CEO with M6’s Artistic Director, to set and deliver M6’s strategic ambitions, ensuring the organisation continues to thrive financially and artistically.

As well as inspiring strategic leadership and proven financial and operational management experience, the ideal candidate will also embody M6’s core values in the way they work.

Salary: circa £40k for 37.5 hours.
