We are looking to recruit a dynamic Participation Director to manage, plan, deliver and evaluate all aspects of M6’s Participatory Programme. This is a senior leadership position.

The right candidate will have experience of working within a participatory, outreach or learning environment in an arts setting.

Salary: £31,000-£34,000 dependent on experience.

Hours: 37.5 weekly. The nature of this post requires regular evening and some weekend work. Flexible working is supported where operationally feasible.

Closing date: Monday 12 February 2024, 10am.

Interviews to take place: First round: Thurs 22 February, interviews in the morning and workshop with Youth Theatre participants in the afternoon. Second round: Wed 28 February, workshop with Year 4-6 Youth Theatre group from 4:30pm to 6pm.

Ideal start date: Early April 2024.
